Collection: Filter Coffees

Coffees roasted lighter, for methods where water passes through rather than being forced through — V60, Kalita, AeroPress, French press, batch brew and the South Indian steel filter.

This is where acidity, florality and origin character actually show up. If you have bought a traceable estate lot and want to know what you paid for, brew it this way first.

We grind for your method at checkout — including a proper South Indian filter grind, which is a genuinely different setting from pour-over and almost nobody offers it.
