SLN 9 from Ratnagiri Estate in Chikmagalur, carried through natural process. The fermentation brings bold fruit and a sweetness that reads jammy rather than clean.

The body is heavy and lingers well past the last sip, with a slightly funky edge on the finish. Roasted medium, it suits pour over and Aeropress, and makes an adventurous shot.
