Our Roots

Born out of passion, BROOT (short for Brewed + Roots) is an ode to our homeland — a tribute to Indian coffee’s untold story. We partner with estates that grow with intention, selectively sourcing micro-lots and premium beans from producers who believe in clean, conscious coffee.

We roast small batches in-house at our Delhi roastery, ensuring every cup carries the fingerprint of precision.
