Which is slower than a warehouse and the entire reason the coffee tastes like anything.
How the timeline works
We do not hold roasted stock. When your order comes in it goes onto a roast schedule, gets roasted in a small batch, rests briefly, and is packed and dispatched. That is why the roast date on your bag will be within a couple of days of when you ordered rather than a couple of months.

You get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it has not moved for 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase it rather than telling you to contact the courier.
Charges
- Free shipping on orders over ₹999 across India.
- Below that, a flat charge is calculated at checkout by weight and pin code.
- All prices include GST. Nothing is added after checkout.

Why we do not offer same-day delivery
Because we would have to roast in advance and hold stock, which is the thing we are specifically trying not to do. If you need coffee today, buy it from a shelf. If you want coffee that was roasted this week, wait the extra two days.
Returns
Coffee is a perishable food product, so we cannot accept returns on opened bags. What we will do, without argument:

| Damaged in transit | Send a photo within 5 days and we replace it. |
| Bag arrived stale or the roast date looks wrong | Tell us. We replace it and we look at what went wrong on our side. |
| You simply do not like the coffee | Message us. We will swap you onto something else that suits your palate better — once, on us. We would rather find you the right bag than win the argument. |
| Unopened, unused equipment | Returnable within 7 days in original packaging. |
| Order not yet roasted | Cancel or change it for a full refund. Once it is roasted we cannot un-roast it. |
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Storing it when it arrives
Keep the bag sealed, at room temperature, away from light and away from the stove. The valve on the bag lets carbon dioxide out without letting oxygen in — do not decant into a jar unless the jar is genuinely airtight and opaque.
Do not refrigerate. Coffee absorbs odours and condensation ruins it. The freezer works only for long-term storage of unopened bags, and only if you let them come fully to room temperature before opening.
Through the monsoon, humidity is the real enemy — ground coffee clumps and goes flat within days. If you are in a coastal or high-humidity city, buy whole bean and grind as you go.
International
