Prices exclude GST. Shipping is charged at cost — ₹100 on samples, ₹300 on orders up to 19 kg, ₹500 for 20–39 kg, ₹700 for 40 kg and up outside Delhi-NCR. The coffees are roasted after you order.

How do samples work?
100 g of any coffee, or the cascara, is ₹299 plus GST, like every other coffee on the catalogue, and shipping on samples is ₹100 a parcel. Matcha samples are quoted on WhatsApp. Message us and we will confirm what is in the roastery this week.
What is the minimum order?
Cascara is from 2 kg. Matcha is supplied from 5 kg bulk, with custom repacking for trade orders. The coffees follow the coffee minimum of 5 kg a month across your order, and the price per kilo drops from 10 kg: 5% off at 10 kg, 10% at 20 kg, 15% at 40 kg, 20% at 70 kg.
What is cascara?
The dried fruit around the coffee bean. At the mill it is usually composted; this is dried on raised beds at Udaygiri Estate and sold as tea. Steep it hot for five to six minutes, or cold-brew it overnight in the fridge and serve over ice or with tonic.
Why a winter blend?
Yule Ember is built for cold mornings: fruit over a warm chocolate base, low acidity, thick as espresso and soft as pour-over. It is one coffee for both sides of the bar, and it runs only till mid-February.
