A slow aged coffee shaped by India’s monsoon winds, this Arabica from Chikkamagalur goes through the traditional monsooning process where the beans swell, mellow, and transform in both color and character. The result is a cup that’s incredibly smooth, almost zero in acidity, and deeply grounding.
It opens with earthy and woody tones, followed by a soft musty depth that’s unique to monsooned coffees. The finish is mellow, slightly sweet, and comforting in a way only this style can deliver a warm, rugged, and unmistakably Indian.
