Every other bag on this site tells you the estate, the varietal, the process and the elevation. This one tells you none of it. Two origins, 100% Arabica, blended for a cup that reads as one thing rather than two.
The point is to taste it without knowing what you are supposed to taste. Origin is the strongest placebo in specialty coffee, and this is the lot where we take it away.
