Ethiopia, roasted light.

As filter : Black cherry · Candied jackfruit · White grape
As espresso : Not built for it. This is a filter roast.

Roasted light, to Depth 30. Bright, clean and quiet, with an acidity that finishes quickly. It wants a filter, a scale and a little patience.

Arabica from Ethiopia, natural process. Brew it for the filter and let the fruit lead.

Medium-fine grind. Rinse the paper, bloom for 40 seconds, then pour in three stages.

Roaster's note

Brew it plain the first time, no milk and no sugar. Write down what you taste, then see how close it is to the notes above.

Beneath before cup.

Storing it

Seal the bag after every use and keep it somewhere cool, dry and dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer — both move moisture into the beans.

Shipping & Returns
