Africa, built for cold.

As cold brew : Cold-pressed cherry · Jackfruit syrup · Cocoa nib
On the finish : Long and sweet

Roasted medium, to Depth 42, for cold water. Sweetness comes first and there is no sharp edge, so it stays round when it is diluted and poured over ice. Brew it as cold brew, cold drip or an iced filter.

Arabica from Africa, natural process. Make a litre tonight and judge it tomorrow.

Coarse grind. Steep, strain, and serve over ice. Dilute to taste.

Roaster's note

Start it at night and strain it in the morning. Taste it plain first, then over ice.

Beneath before cup.

Storing it

Seal the bag after every use and keep it somewhere cool, dry and dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer — both move moisture into the beans.
