Washed Arabica and canephora, blended and taken to a medium dark roast for weight rather than nuance. The result is heavy-bodied and low in acidity, with dark chocolate and roasted nuts up front.

A jaggery-like sweetness sits underneath and keeps the cup from turning flat. It pulls thick crema on espresso, drinks bold in a French press, and reads familiar in a South Indian filter.
