I don’t have a coffee machine.
You don’t need one. A cup, a paper filter and hot water works. So does a French press, a moka pot or a South Indian filter. Choose your method on the product page and we grind for it.
I drink coffee with milk.
Choose Dark Matter or Red Lantern. Both are roasted to hold up in milk. Moss Theory is for black coffee.
Will it be sour?
Only if you pick a bright coffee and brew it black. Dark Matter and Cozy Cookie are smooth. Moss Theory is bright, and we say so.
Is it really roasted after I order?
Yes. We roast in Delhi in two-kilo batches after orders come in, and dispatch within 48 hours.
How is it different from instant?
Instant is coffee that has been brewed, dried to a powder and stored. This is the whole roasted bean, ground when you ask for it. One tastes like coffee flavour. The other tastes like coffee.
When will it arrive?
Dispatched within 48 hours of your order. Courier time after that depends on your city; most metros take a few days. Shipping is free across India.
