What arrives is whatever is best on the roastery floor that week: a single estate, an experimental ferment, sometimes a lot that never makes it to the shop. You can tell us what you never want. Delivery is free in every month of the term.
It does not renew itself. When the term ends we ask if you want to go again, and there is nothing to cancel. You do not choose the coffee, so skip it if you want to pick every bag.

Seal the bag after every use and keep it somewhere cool, dry and dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer — both move moisture into the beans.

Grind immediately before you brew, and use filtered water. Ground coffee loses more in an hour than whole bean loses in a week.

You pay once for 3, 6 or 12 months, and the whole term is paid at checkout. This is not an auto-renewing plan. When the term ends we ask if you want to go again, and nothing renews unless you say so. There is nothing to cancel.

When does each bag ship?
Once a month, in the first week of the month. Each bag is roasted that week, and delivery is free in every month of the term.
Which grinds can I choose?
Whole bean, home or commercial espresso, South Indian filter, AeroPress, moka pot, pour-over, Chemex, French press or cold brew. You choose once, at checkout. Not sure? Choose whole bean.
Can I pause a month or change my address?
Write to us with your order number and tell us what you need. Whether a pause or a change is possible depends on where your term stands, and we will tell you plainly.
