Order it again and nothing repeats until you have been through the whole portfolio. You choose the grind, whole bean or ground for your brewer, and we choose the coffees. Each bag is roasted to order in New Delhi.

Storing it

Seal the bag after every use and keep it somewhere cool, dry and dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer — both move moisture into the beans.

    Eight bags of 100 g, drawn at random from the coffees the roastery is pouring most right now. Blends and single origins both turn up, and the cups run from soft to bold. No two boxes come out the same. You choose the grind and we choose the coffees.

  2. Ordering it again

    Buy it again and none of the coffees repeat until you have worked through the full portfolio. Repeat orders skip anything you have already had. It is the slow way to taste the whole list, one box at a time. Keep a note of what you liked and order a full bag of it.

  3. How to use it

    Each bag is 100 g. At 15 g a brew that is six filter cups with a little over, enough to get to know a coffee. Open one bag at a time and finish it before the next. Brew the first cup the way you usually drink coffee. If one surprises you, try it again a different way.

Can I choose the coffees?

No. The eight are drawn at random and you choose only the grind. To pick every coffee yourself, use Pick Your Five.

Will I get the same coffee twice?

Not in one box. Order again and none repeat until you have worked through the full portfolio.

Which grind should I choose?

Choose one grind for the whole box when you add it to the cart: whole bean, home or commercial espresso, South Indian filter, AeroPress, moka pot, pour-over, Chemex, French press or cold brew. Not sure? Choose whole bean. A ground bag cannot be un-ground.

How fresh will it be?

Roasted to order in New Delhi and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery across India is free and usually takes 3–6 days.

Does it work as a gift?

Yes. It is built for tasting, sharing and gifting. Choose whole bean if you do not know the brewer, since a ground bag cannot be un-ground.
