"Kaimara" is the name on our lot sheet for the growing belt these lots come from, between roughly 1,000 and 1,250 m in Chikmagalur. The grower is Samia Subhani. We call it a belt rather than an estate because that is how it reaches us: a named stretch of growing land, not a single farm with a gate and a name.
CANDY PARADOX takes the SLN 795, screens it to AA grade, and washes it fully — the cup opens clean and citrus-bright, and roasting medium-dark settles that brightness into sweet cocoa and golden honeydew.
JUNGLE JAM takes the same varietal and dries it whole in the cherry instead, between 1,000 and 1,250 m. Natural processing brings tropical fruit forward and leaves a dessert-like sweetness underneath — brew the two side by side to taste what processing alone does.
