Most coffee in India is roasted months before you drink it, stale by the time it's opened. Ours is roasted in small batches after your order, two kilos at a time, and the roast date is printed on the bag so you can check us.

I don't have a machine. Can I still drink this?
Yes. A French press, a pour-over cone, a moka pot or even a plain steel filter all work. Choose "Whole bean" if you have a grinder, otherwise pick a grind on the product page.
How fresh is it, really?
We roast after you order. The roast date is printed on the bag, so you'll see it yourself.
How long does a 250 g bag last?
About 15–18 cups. Keep it sealed, away from light, and finish within a month of opening.
