How it works
No card on file. Nothing to cancel.
You pay once
The whole term, up front. There is no card stored, no renewal, and no cancellation to remember. When the term ends, it ends — and we ask if you want another.
We roast on a schedule
Every standing order goes into the same roast in the first week of the month. You get an email the day it is roasted, with the lot it came from.
You can change it
A different grind, a new address, a month paused because you are travelling — message us and it changes from the next shipment. A pause extends the term rather than shortening it. Tell us the one thing you never want and we will never send it.

The things people ask.
Is this a recurring subscription?
No, and deliberately so. You pay once for the term you choose and we ship on schedule. Nothing auto-renews, so there is no card sitting on file and nothing to remember to cancel.
Do I get to choose the coffee?
You choose the grind; we choose the coffee. That is the point of it — you end up drinking lots you would never have clicked on, including small ones that sell out before they get a post. Tell us anything you never want and we will keep it out.
Can I change the grind partway through?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email and it changes from the next shipment onwards.
What if I am travelling?
Tell us and we will pause. Every month you pause is added to the end of your term, so you never lose a bag.
Can I send it to someone as a gift?
Yes. Put their address in at checkout and it ships straight to them. Add a note in the order comments and we will write it on the first bag.
I run a café. Is this for me?
No. Cafés run on different volumes and a different rate, and there is no café product to buy on this site — supply is set on a short call against your machine, your menu and your usage, from 15 kg a month. Start on the wholesale page.
