VYOM 01 — Basankhan Estate, Karnataka · medium roast. The brightest of the three. Filter: green apple · muskmelon · golden caramel. Espresso: red apple · toffee · milk chocolate.

SOMA 02 — Gemblary Estate, Tamil Nadu · medium-dark roast. Rounded and mellow. Filter: dried apricot · caramel · cocoa. Espresso: hazelnut praline · dried fig · dark caramel.

AGNI 03 — Udaygiri Estate, Karnataka · medium-dark roast. The boldest of the three. Filter: orange peel · cocoa · brown sugar. Espresso: dark chocolate · roasted almond · molasses.

Roasted in New Delhi and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 1,500 and over · a flat Rs. 100 applies below that.

Storing it

Seal the bag after every use and keep it somewhere cool, dry and dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer — both move moisture into the beans.
