Koraput Red Honey – Chandragiri

A rare red honey lot from the hills of Koraput, produced by Odisii Coffee. Cherries were pulped with minimal water and fermented in a sealed environment to preserve sweetness and clarity, before being shade-dried on raised beds.

Expect a syrupy, structured cup with crisp citrus and a deep brown sugar finish.
